North Shore Project Home Type: Single-family Location: Glencoe Budget: $200,000-$500,000 Project design and challenges: In partnership with a local developer and interior design firm, we completed the construction of this single-family Glencoe home. Light hardwood floors run throughout the home. The kitchen is built for entertaining with an open layout, butler pantry, and built-in dry bar. The second-floor office is centered around custom cabinetry for an in-home library. The master bathroom features a large soaking tub, walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, and wall-to-wall vanity and storage.
