Project design and challenges:
This Lakeshore Drive project included a full remodel of the kitchen, master bathroom, guest bathroom, flooring and painting. We were on a strict timeline to get this unit ready for resale. The new maple flooring stretches from the kitchen out into the living areas. The LED under cabinet lights illuminate the Marlow cloud gloss backsplash. The alpine white cabinetry is accented by stainless steel door and cabinet pulls.

The master bathroom features bright white calacatta tiles in the shower enclosure with brushed nickel fixtures throughout. In the guest bathroom, the shower features dark porcelain tiles with a mosaic strip of white oak pencil honed tiles. It is finished off with polished chrome fixtures and hardware.
