The great room overlooks the backyard through new picture windows bringing in tons of natural light. It was important to this client to have a mudroom at the back entry where her guests and family could remove their shoes and wash their hands prior to entering the home. They also opted to install an in-floor laundry shoot that goes from the upstairs closet to the basement laundry room. The basement build-out was complete with a new laundry room, movie theater, and home gym.
