South Loop Bathroom Remodel Home Type: High-rise condominium Location: South Loop Budget: $25,000-$50,000 Project design and challenges: Complete master bathroom remodel project in this South Loop loft. Work ranged from full gut rehab of the master bath including converting the walk-in shower space into a linen closet. Painting the walls and installing a vanity with Walker Zanger Blue Chevron backsplash tile. Matte black fixtures, shower glass enclosure, and tile flooring accented the space. The master bedroom featured a large accent wall with a silver and white quatrefoil patterned wallpaper. To finish off this project, we updated the fireplace surround with a gray hexagonal tile.
